Hi, I’m Zhenya

Before I started LeMom, I worked with families, looking after their children.

Again and again, I saw the same thing: loving, hard-working parents who simply needed a couple of hours for themselves. A dinner out, a quiet coffee, a nap, or a little time to feel like themselves again.

And I kept wondering: what can I do to help?

The answer felt simple. Parents don’t just need someone to watch the kids. They need someone they can trust completely, who treats their children with the same care and warmth they would.

The main family I’ve worked with for four years became like a second family to me, and they inspired me to start my own business.

That’s why I created LeMom. I want every parent to be able to step out the door without worrying, knowing their kids are with someone kind and trusted.

My goal is to build a team of great babysitters who can help parents all around St. Louis get those few hours back.
